Since all gowns are made-to-order and personalized, please read our refund policy carefully.
❌ Non-Refundable Cases
Customized gowns are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once:
- Production has started
- Materials have been purchased
- Final design has been approved by the customer
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer
- Slight color variations due to screen/display settings
- Minor differences from inspiration photos
- Event cancellation by the customer
✅ Eligible Refund or Repair Cases
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The gown delivered is significantly different from the approved design
- The item is damaged or defective upon delivery (not caused by customer)
- There is a major sizing error on our part despite correct measurements
- The gown was not delivered within the agreed timeline
⏰ Reporting Window
All refund or repair concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the gown. Concerns raised after this window will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
